All About Eyebrows

I LOVE doing brows. I am trained in HD brows, henna brows, SMPU brows and regular tinting & waxing. I continually attend training courses for all aspects of my business however I do seek out eyebrow courses more often.

When tinting eyebrows and eyelashes I use Refectocil, which is a hugely recognised brand Worldwide. For Henna tint I use Hello Henna and if I'm doing a semi-permanent brow treatment the pigment choice is Finishing Touches.

The tints and pigments from each brand come in a variety of different shades giving people plenty of choice, these shades can also be mixed together. Not only can they be mixed together but when tinting, this can also be left on for different durations until the desired effect has been achieved.

I can also lighten the eyebrow before tinting to give a more vibrant colour. For instance, lightening dark brows before tinting them with the chestnut shade to really bring out the gorgeous, red tones from the tint.

To help maintain your eyebrow tint, completely avoid cleansing the area. Doing so will strip the tint. Cleanse around the area with gentle products and pat the area dry, don't rub.

If I have not seen you for an eyebrow tint before, or if it has been longer than 6 months since your last treatment, or if you have had any major changes i.e medication or pregnancy etc, then a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This can be booked online, it is one of the first options you will see on the booking system. It only takes 5 minutes (if that!) so it's super easy and quick.
